I personally use Tea Tree Oil because it is well-known for its drawing properties, meaning it draws the infection (the pimple) out. I also use it on my acne regularly because it reduces the redness within hours of putting it on, and it works amazingly on my pimples to keep them away. It's very safe and doesn't hurt at all.. It is 100% natural with no "fake" additives in it or anything like that... Best of all it is cheap and easy to find, such as at Walgreens (if you have one around), or at stores that sell health-foods and natural medicines. It is a very common home remedy and is very handy in medicine cabinets or First Aid Kits because it is a "cure-all" meaning it is not just for one thing in particular, it can help with many things.
I use it, and I love it. ProActiv didn't work for me, and nothing else really has either.. but this stuff has pretty much done the trick.
Goodluck :)

Good night
In case of buttons on the face:
The consultation of the doctor is necessary to acquire a definite diagnosis.
The doctor is going to ask first of all for your records (diseases or surgical operations which you were subjected, the treatments which you take).
Then it will take stock of the situation wyou on the problems which you introduce (date of the beginning, lasted of eruption, itches...)
And it will examine you, sometimes at the need of a magnifying lamp. If you see a dermatolo
The doctor will envisage different diagnoses in case of buttons on the face
They can name among these:
The acne
The dermatitis séborrhéique
Buccal herpes
The impetigo
The rosacée - a complication of the couperose
When diagnosis will be put down, the doctor will offer you a treatment adapted to follow attentively.

Pimples take a few days to heal. Pop it, dry it out and then I'd suggest putting some sort of cover-up on it.
There is no way to completely get rid of it in 3 hours.

You cannot get rid of it that quickly. Pimples are caused by the staph bacteria coming to fight off the dirt an oil clogging your pores so you cannot just get rid of them that fast.

Sorry it won't happen.
How about covering it with a bandaid and telling a story about the accident with the kitchen knife, broken champagne glass, crazed maniac on the freeway, cute doggy with a bad temper or some other beauty...?

my suggestion: pop it, clean it up, put the eye drop reddness reducers because that really works either that or ice it, OR BOTH =] nd then stick concealer, or foundation nd small portion of face lotion and loose skin colored powder on it....trust me, it looks fine (:
