Is it scriptural to have an experience like being " caught up" or a "trance" or "open vision".

Out of body experience No; but I have seen with scriptural eyes while singing in the Spirit, I guess you would call that a vision.

I don't believe in it... that is where you get into Buddhism.....(outer body)... I am not saying tha visions can not happen.. but I do not believe God uses them these times.... But If he wanted to he would.....
I don't want to get into this topic that I will bring up.. but for the "trance". In foreign nations... They might have people getting in trances by demonic powers....

No,most of this nonsense is just a drug induced
medication experience.Stay with God's word

Its called an out of body experience. But never mind it is all nonsense anyway. People have hallucinations and they think they are out of body experiences.

Protestants have them all the time just turn on the TV and watch or go down to the local evangelical church they will tell you all about it.
