My friend says its okay but i dnt think it is. She thinks it wont do anything but it has lactose in it, it will make your teeth dirty again wont it?
i want to prove her wrong

there is nothing wrong with drinking milk after you brush your teeth....it wont taste very good but its not going to hurt you

Yes you can drink milk after your teeth is clean, but that is after 30 mins. If your dentist used flouride then you must wait 30 mins so you won't get poisoned.

ummm not a good idea. Clean teeth right b4 bed, and don't eat or drink anything else after.

It not much worse then eating anything else after brushing.
