I like to do a lot of research on the toys I buy and find reviews. I was wondering what you were planning on getting your kids and what their ages are. I will post mine later.

I have a 6 year old boy.

The biggest purchase we will be making this year for one of his Christmas gifts would be for a PSP. I actually wanted to get him a laptop but at the moment we don't have enough funds and he can always use our laptop until he is ready to have one for himself.

The other gifts are the usual stuff like clothes, small toys, other games for his other game systems. I try to get all the necessities first before going towards the games and toys. Besides he's at the age where he can be so into something and don't care for it the next day. Like for all the games he has now. Good thing he has plenty of cousins to share them with.

I even have one 4 twelve months old son and a woman offspring on the way. My son has been finding on the toy advertisements interior the newspaper for weeks. He needs something and each little thing that's not pink. i'm unlikely to be spending as much as I do often because of the fact i might desire to purchase issues for the hot infant due in March. i'm making plans on getting him a form of scuffling with boy-form zhu zhu pets, some GI Joes, consistent with risk a batman fort play factor, a sparkling interest for his leapster, decal e book, and consistent with risk a pair smaller presents as properly. The stuff that he's truthfully into is truthfully low-priced, so i think like i can make him chuffed haha.

I have two boys, ages 3 and 6. We got both of them remote control cars (fitting their age groups), a hot wheels track for the youngest, and a Transformers shooting toy...I can't thing of what exactly it is called...but it is something that won't break like the Transformers for the older kids.
Our BIG gift will be a bunk bed for the two of them. We did research on the Internet and compared prices with the one's here in town, and got a in-town place to meet the Internet prices and included putting it together and delivery! WHOO HOO

2. An ipod. There like the "must have" for teens

3. Clothes!! But don't pick it out for them...just like a gift card to there favorite store

4. For guys...you can never go wrong with anything from best buy

5. For girls...brand name clothes are the way to go

6. For kids...I guess the wii

My daughter is getting a homemade gift basket with hair and bath stuff in it. I am also letting her have her own perfume (which I will monitor). She is getting a little bitty size deck of cards with a Disney character on them. I thought that would be good to help her get use to numbers. I am looking at Wiggles stuff like a shirt to replace the one she grew out of. And she is a shoe-holic so I am looking for some really pretty shoes for her.

I'm not sure yet. I do think that I'll try to avoid the toys made in China. Maybe I'll try to find some domestic toy makers and go from there
