Sugar Cookies
1 cup margarine (I always use Parkay brand -- for some reason this recipe just works better with that brand.)
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour

If you're making peanut butter cookies, add a cup of peanut butter just before you add the flour, and increase flour to 4 cups

depends i got a few that everyone love
vannila butter
1c. butter,1c sugar,1egg,1tbsp vanilla,2cflour,1/4 tsp salt
mix all well drop by rounds 350 36 cookies about 10 min.

another is lemon cookies
1pkg lemon cake mix,1/2c oil,2lrge eggs,1tubof lemoncreamy frosting
mix well drop by spoonful 350 about 8 min when cool frost w frosting yumo

choc cookies
1pkge devil food mix,1/2c veg oil.2 lge eggs, granulated sugar
mix well 1 inball then roll in sugar place 2 in apart 8-10 min on350 yumo

and the best one is not cookies but theyll be gone quick
peanutbutter balls
1/2c karo light or dark,2 c pbutter creamy/crunchy,2c graham crackers crumbs,1c conf sugar,1 c semi choc chip

mix all well roll into balls drizzle melted choc. chill 30 yumo
