I agree that you should share it with a spouse or fiancé(e).

I was also thinking in another direction. The lab or physician ordering the test should not share the information with any employer or insurance company.

I believe you should be required to disclose the results of the genetic tests to whoever you are having sex with. With sex comes a chance of pregnancy and the resultant child could inherit the same problems, especially if the person that you are with has similar issues in his or her family.

I think you should share this information with your partner; especially if you plan on having children. They have a right to know what you know!!!!!
