is it better for the guy to buy flowers or steal them from a park or a garden?
because if you steal from a garden , it takes alot of time and its cheaper aswel ;)

So your girlfriend isn't worth your money? When it comes to girlfriends and boyfriends I don't think that anything can be too much! Argh..if I knew that he stole the flowers I would be upset! i mean maybe picking a dandilion is fine but stealing flowers....COME ON!

I would say buy because it can be easy to tell whether or not you bought them or stole them from a garden. Besides, if she knows you bought them, she'll know that you think of her. Even if she doesn't necessarily like flowers, the sentiment does go a long way. But be aware that there is a difference between grocery store flowers and flowers from a florist. It is also easy to tell the difference. If you are invested in being in a long-term relationship with this girl, get her some nice flowers from a florist and have them delivered to her work or school or house. Be aware though that it will run you about $70-$80 for those kind of flowers.

The theory with flowers is that the more you spend the more you care. The reality is the more you spend, the more suspicious she will be! (OK, not all girls think like that)
On the flip side, If you pick some nice flowers, preferably from your own garden or somewhere you have permission, it's a lot more personal and thoughtful! Of course you need to tell her you picked them yourself or the point will be missed entirely!

Funny, but its better to buy a single red rose, than steal a dozen. Or is the does the receiving lady mean that little to you that you wouldn't want to pay for her.

Romantic: Buying flowers for your girl.
Cute: Walking with her and when you see flowers along where you're walkimg, picking up different flowers and ending up with her hands full of a bouquet of wild flowers.
Trashy: Stealing flowers.

Plus she's going to be really upset when the insects harvested along with the flowers start crawling off the flowers and onto her.

much better to buy flowers nothing like fresh cut flowers being given and they come minus the dirt from stolen one :-}

who wants some dying flowers with grass and dirt hanging off them from someone's yard! go to the nearest florist and buy some flowers for the girl... and while you're there buy some for your mom too for putting up with you.

If you steal them thats kinda sad because it shows you really wouldn't spend a few dollars for who ever the 'special' person is your giving it to.

buy but sometimes its cute to get fresh ones from a plant nursery (something other than roses, for a change) b/c some girls are picky and would get offended if you picked them outta someone's yard--although i empathize with you about how everything's expensive for us girls :) you sound nice though :)
