Cook the diced up chicken in a skillet using a bit of oil and seasonings you prefer (I would use garlic salt and pepper) when it is no longer pink add in chopped up broccoli and cauliflower, add in the cream of mushroom soup, in the meantime prepare the rice, serve the chicken over the rice You could also do it over the pasta.

cook the noodles until they are al dente, cook the chicken in small pieces in a frying pan with whatever spices you want, lightly steam the broccoli and cauliflower. If you had some grilled mushrooms to add to this, it would be great. But no matter.
Add all of this together and season with the spices that you prefer. Fold in the soup (but don't add water!). Put it in a 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Voila! Chicken Noodle Casserole!!

Chop your broccoli and cauliflower into bite size chunks, blend with the mushroom soup,(is this condensed or ready to eat?) add the same amount of milk.
season with salt pepper and sage. maybe some cilantro? and a dash of powdered clove.
Stir in 1/2 cup rice (uncooked) and the chicken.
Put it in a baking dish in the oven at 350F for about an hour.
Or mix the above up with the chicken omitting the rice. Simmer it on top of the stove til the veggies are tender crisp. Cook the noodles and serve the mixture over noodles.
One of my favorite leftover users recipes!!!

Season your chicken with kosher salt, garlic, and pepper and saute until golden. Set aside. Steam broccoli and chop. Add to cream of mushroom soup along with some dijon mustard and white wine or sour cream. Pour sauce over chicken and serve over steamed rice. If you really want to have cauliflower too, steam it and serve it along the side with some of the sauce or a sprinkle of lemon and parmesan cheese.

That stuff would make a great soup. Use the cream soup for the base and add the rice or noodles and veggies. Then cook the chicken on the side, cut it up and add it to the soup. You can thin it out with a little chicken stock or water.

Been making these for 30 years Mix dry ingredients 3 cups flour 2 tsp salt 3 tbs sugar 4 tsp baking powder Mix liquid ingredients 2 1/4 cups milk 3 eggs Add melted butter to liquid ingredients Mlt 6 tbs butter and slowly pour into the liquid ingredients while whisking so that little pieces of butter are floating on top of the liquid ingredients Pour the liquid ingrdeients to the dry ingredients and GENTLY mix them so that they are just combined (do not whisk, blend....etc) Use 20 strokes or so and let batter rest You can let the batter rest overnight or make pancakes right away although at least 1 hour does improve the batter
