Well mate just say hey "..........." i was wondering if you wanted to go to the school dance?
If she says no go anyway and impress her with your breakdancing

Ask her to hang out after school or on a weekend (obviously before the dance). When you're both comfortable and having a good time just say: "So..the reason I asked you to hang out today was because I had a question..." then just ask! If she already has a date or says no don't seem too bummed or else you'll make her feel bad. At the end tell her you had a great time and hope to do it again soemtime, regardless of her answer.
Hell, you could just ask her! You don't have to do anything special.

Just take her where there is nobody at and slowly let the question Fly Will U Go To The Dance With Me!
That is all u do and then wait until she replies!

just ask her if she will go to the dance with you. if she says yes then your happy. if she says no then you should still be happy for the fact that you gave it a try.

Don't be shy you have nothing to loose. If she says no, then tell her she missed out. Just say "hey want to be my date for the dance?"
