I was driving down the alley and a car pulled out of their parking structure. She came out pretty fast and I had no time to stop and hit her... Who's fault is it? Please help!!!

In Texas she would be as she was pulling out of a private driveway into a road.

Always proceed into traffic with caution and care and only when it is absolutely safe. So the lady backing into a traffic area can be ticketed for undue care and attention.

Honestly, and this sucks, you are. I had the same thing happen to me and I was the responsible party. Sucked cuz it sooooooo wasn't my fault. Maybe your state has different laws tho.

hers i think if she wasn't looking. i mean if there was no stop sign or anything you had the right of way.
