the council didnt pick up our rubbish as it had a glass jar in it , that we didnt put in it!! we (recycling) I think it was a neighbour!they also said it was smelly! no way as we always recycle, but now I am going to put all the recycling stuff into the Black Bin and f... the council. what do we have to do to be good people , we are good people as we do own 2 houses!

the council refused to empty my bin twice because the lid wasn't down properly then when it came to emptying the recycling box they left half the contents. Now I take all my recycling to supermarket collection point as a matter of principle.

They do seem to actually pay for a good whippin don't they Mr Jello. Then they get whooped like a rented mule.

Yeah aren't they creating problems with rubbish collecting,i can see we will all have to have special security to stop people using our bins when we put them out on the street for collection....also when the pay as you throw comes in fly tipping will be a big problem

I'm so glad I live in a country where I pay someone to pick up my trash. If they don't pick it up, then I just find a new company that is willing to do the job.
Not only do they pick up my trash, they pick through it and keep what they want to resell or use as they see best to increase their profits! I have to do absolutely nothing different.
God I LOVE Capitalism!
