target.com get the Olevia 532h 32" LCD one of the top rated by consumer reports, very good picture and nice features and style. I have one and the integrated HD tuner picks up all kind of digital cable channels with out a cable box. I think it may be a few dollars over your budget but well worth it. Also I recommend target.com good service and good return policy.
