I think that it is very adorable. But half of it looks like impressionism and the white back round behind the face takes away from the the puppy. When I first looked at the picture the white sky behind the puppy caught my eye first. If I were you I would want the puppy to be the main focus in the picture.

The concept and the composition are awesome. It's a really cute idea. However, the technical aspect of it is a little bit...eh.
The background is really bright and the fact that the color starts out up in that color but is almost gone by the time it gets to the dog seems like you overadjusted the contrast a bit. I'd also find a way to sharpen the dog's muzzle and part of the face just a bit too.

It's very cute, composition is great, and the framing is good, love the angle, however the dog is too dark for such bright colors it's a little distracting, I would try this with a blond or white dog and I think it would look awesome. Overall, Great Shot!

The subject is so totally cute, but the background is so blown out and the dog's muzzle is fuzzy. Technically poor, but an interesting subject.

That picture is so cute! And the dog looks like "look at me take my picture!". The only thing about the pic is it looks blurry around the dog's nose.

i have to agree with perki88, got some rough photoshoping around the ears it looks like too...great composition, poor technical quality.
