Supernatural healing powers (but not putting the dead into life).
Living beings tend to always get injured, whether it's by accidents or purposely done. To destroy is always easier than to repair.
Medicine isn't easy and even professionals also have difficulties in helping cure people with health problems. It would be better if some people have supernatural healing powers.

I'd create trees that $100 bills grew on.
A cure to all cancers.
I'd create an infinite amount of food for all famished people around the world.
Happiness to fill everyone's hearts so that nobody would ever need anti-depressants or illegal drugs to make them feel better.

I would create a man who was made especailly for me. He would be my everything! He would be very good looking, great in bed, only have eyes for me and be able to cook, clean and be financially stable. I would be the envy of all women! LOL!!
