I reckon most of us pose most of our questions in "Ills & Afflictions" or whatever.
BTW fellow old slappers--get used to "Text-ese" It's here to stay.
Grammar,schmammar!

Why do you think you're on a cell phone texting us right now? How hard is it to type out words on a computer?
To answer your question, perhaps they've been there and done that. Perhaps you've missed those questions and answers. Perhaps this is called the senior section, but no one should belittle Seniors by thinking they should always, "...ask about seniour citezen questions in the senior citezen section"

There are all different types of questions asked on the Senior Citizen section and as most of the questions are asked by Seniors then, by definition, they are Senior Citizen questions! What other sorts of questions would you like to know the answer to....."What is better on a cold winter morning, a stainless steel bedpan or a plastic one?" "Varicose veins....which railway map do yours look like?" "How do I stop my dentures from rubbing?"
If we have questions like that then they will be asked ok.
As for text speak....we only understand it because we've got a teenage daughter, otherwise we'd have no clue at all what it's all about lol.

OK.... how old do you feel today? We are not discussing toddlers or teens.... what interests you? We are not that formal here... stick around a while and see... it's comfortable here and people are very nice with wonderful senses of humor!

You must have missed them all -- there's hundreds of them (they can only be seen through the eyes of seniors though)

Do I take laxatives ?....sometimes
Do I have chronic pain?...always
Do I use a cane ?..never, walk faster than my 13yr old grandaughter.
Is this what you want to hear? Well we don't. We are seniors here or friends of seniors . Our age or our situations are what we have in common and we enjoy connecting with others on this section. Oh , you are welcome to visit anytime, but please keep your text message vocab for your friends.

Pray tell what is a senior citizen question? We are senior citizens and due to that fact we have history in common - otherwise we have varied interests just like anybody else and prefer to ask those questions amongst peers!
We also don't use text message abbreviatons here and prefer standard English ;-)
