I haven't changed beliefs - but becoming a charismatic makes some Christians uncomfortable.

I was very choosy as to whom I told, so no. But I have lost a friend after I converted (from Christianity to Witchcraft). She assumed that all witches were bad, evil people and wouldn't listen to the truth. So I guess I'm better off without her. If your friends can't accept you for who you are, then they aren't true friends and you're better off without them.

nope, i didnt lose any friends over my change in beliefs. Mainly because, if they wouldnt be my friend anymore because i no longer agree with them on religious beliefs, then they arent very good friends, and for that matter, they arent very good people.

When I finally admitted to myself I was an atheist, I had switched to another school and was asked what my religion was. From then on, I heard scripture quotes in P.E., rest rooms, etc. It didn't get me any new friends.

No you usually find a new world you didn't even know was there people, traditions, thoughts and feelings. if anyone does give you any trouble don't mind them its there fault for not excepting an open mind on things.

Yes.. Both leaving and coming back to Christianity, I lost Christian and non-Christian friends, respectively. Ultimately I was just glad to know who my real friends were.

Of the atheists who knew me as an atheist, only one disliked me as a polytheist, and he was a butthead, so no big loss.

Nope.

Some occasionally argue with me about "the facts" or beliefs.

Others avoid the topic all together.

No. I didn't make a big display of it. I quietly did my own thing. Even my very Catholic family didn't abandon me and that's saying a lot.
