No delusions or departures from reality. Just very distracting colorful visuals. Geometric patterns, flowers and such. It should be noted that I have been a daily cannabis user for over 15 years, but I use nothing else. Is it just time to give up the ganja, or could there be some more sinister neurological or opthamological reason?

I think you should be concerned. What you describe is certainly not normal. Hallucinations are a departure from reality. You write very lucidly about these episodes. Yes, I would say it is time to give up the "ganja;" see if the "halluciantions" or illusions subside. If not, start with the the opthamologist.

You have probably "fried your brain!" About 40% of the general population of the world have reported having hallucinated at some time in their life. If these apparitions are daily that, however, is very abnormal. You should definitely give up cannabis, if you can, and seek a brain evaluation to determine how much damage has been done.

You definitely ARE SUFFERING FROM A DELUSION. The delusion is THAT USE OF CANNABIS IS NOT HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH!

Good luck in returning to normal, good mental health, peace and Love!

Time to see a doctor!! You can do some serious shizt to yourself with that amount of weed, and hallucinations are NOT COOL! Consult a GP, YA answerers are lovely and care a lot but we can't really help you because this is a medical issue and not even a doctor could tell you definitely over the internet if something was wrong!

I wouldn't be concerned. Maybe you should become an artist and draw/paint what you see. That would be cool.
