To Denver:
You're a retard. You nutty Christians say that abortion is murder, yet many of you support executing prisonders (usually minorities who may or may not actually even be guilty of their crime) and the illegal occupation of a Iraq and murder of 650,000 people (not to mention the 3-4 million people who have been forced into leaving their homeland for Syria Jordan, etc.)

i am pro-life and i do not support any kind of violence towards anything in creation. nor do I believe that Jah does either. I also think that the death penalty and physical incarceration are wrong, because if people are punished for death, why arent people punished for coveting or adultery? they are all equal, sin=pleasure at the expense of others. controlling others is a type of independency murder. it is all equal. it all prevents the presence of JAH

Christian here with middle of the road views:
I believe a woman has a right to choose, that said, if she chooses abortion, I feel she has made the wrong choice, except in cases of rape. If she opens herself up to getting pregnant, she should be mature enough to take responsibility for her actions.
I personally feel the death penalty is pointless, a lifetime in jail is far worse punishment than dying after serving 5 years for murder.
I served in Iraq and completely support the cause. If you have heard stories I have from people who are from that area, you would to. Many people who are of Iraqi origin are thankful to our government for helping them take a stand. Now their children can walk across the road or go to school and play with their friends w/o living in fear of being hit by tanks in the middle of the street. The people their now have rights, such as voting, and women are allowed those rights as well.
Sounds like a better place to me, considering anyone who rejected Saddam was shot on the spot. Be thankful for the right you have to ask this question, had you lived in Iraq 10 years ago and asked this question you'd have been executed.

I'm a Christian, I am against the killing of innocent babies for convenience sake, I support the death penalty for certain criminals and support the war on Islamic terrorism. It just so happens to have started in Iraq. It will be fought on many other fronts before the terrorists are defeated. There are no contradictions in who I am and what I believe.

I am pro-life. I also support the death penalty. Not so sure on the War but I do support the troops. The flaw in your assumed argument is that pre-birth "humans" are innocent and those facing the death penalty have been found guilty. So you see, it is reasonable and rational for them to be killed...and you can take that to the bank.

I don't think Christianity promotes a political viewpoint it is about setting the captives free on any level. In some cases the Lord may be more concerned with the woman bearing the child than the unborn child. In some cases he may care more for the soldier that needs to go home or in some cases he may want there to be some assertive tactics. What God really wants is for people to seek him and pray and not just run in their own mind sets about how to deal with issues of life. If our government leaders would pray for wisdom and direction they would come out a lot better than running in their own footsteps and in their own ways.

I'm a Christian, but wouldn't consider myself a fundamentalist:
-support woman's right to choose
-do not believe in the death penalty
-and disagree with the war in Iraq

Oh, my! Oh, my! You've caught us in an unexplainable paradox. Oh, my! We must be hypocrites and frauds. Or may be your an idiot.
Let's compare the murder of a complete innocent to that of a tried and convicted murderer or to a band of terrorists. When will you people get a brain?

You clearly don't understand fundamentalism and its tenants.
Pro-Life has nothing to do with the death penalty or War (regardless of its location).
Do some more homework, then ask your question
