Seems every fall, I have a sinus inf. or two none in the summer,,any suggestions??

I get them a lot too in the winter. It is most likely due to the increase in dry heat from being in heated houses and buildings. The heats dries out the nasal passage and sinuses. There's not too much you can do but you can try running a humidifier while you are sleeping and trying not to sit with a vent blowing directly in your face.

Some people are just more prone to Infections and Allergys. I suffer with year round Allergys and have to take Claratin and Spray with Flonaise daily. You are probably not doing anything wrong. You are Human and there are certain things in the Air that your body is allergic to, hence the infections. One thing you can do that will help is, Purchase a Saline Spray (over the counter) at Wal-Mart and use twice daily. It is nothing more than a light salt water spray, yet it cleanses the Air Passage in your nose. Salt is known for its healing Powers, and I use it periodically myself.

take a flu shot.it's available in all clinicis and it really helps.gd luck.
