I use it all the time. When I get my hair full of lather, I put a big scoop of baking soda in my hand and massage it into my hair and let it sit for a minute or so. Then, I rinse it out. My hair comes out squeaky clean. I do it every couple of weeks. 2D

A Better Solution Is To Get A CLEAN Or Clarifying Shampoo ( PANTENE® Clarifying Or Ice Shine™ Or PURE & BASIC™) You Can Use A Paste Of Baking Soda And Water Or Soap Or Toothpaste To Clean Your Iron. Using Baking Soda On Your Hair May Strip And Fade Your Hair And Doesn't Do A Better Job Than The Shampoos.

I have the build up problem from using so many products, and the best ways that I have found is to pour either Listerine mouthwash or vinegar all over your hair, let it sit for about 15 minutes and then wash your hair like you usually do. And no, the mouthwash and vinegar does NOT leave an odor at all. Do it about once a month, or as needed. Good Luck!

Just mix a little baking soda (quarter size amount) with your shampoo in your hand while in the shower. It works really well. Or you can use a clarifying shampoo.
