Something non-shallow such as sense of humor, intelligence. Compliments on looks are nice as well, but I'd rather hear something a little more thoughtful. :)

My favorite thing for a guy to compliment me on is my insane personality and my hair and my skin complexion. But I know inside I am beautiful and have a unique soul. So compliments to an individual should be reinforcement for the self-improvement.*_*

i like to hear that i'm drawing( meaning people are drawn into me, they just have to be around me). To me it just say i have a great personality and i think thats one of the best compliments you can get.
I mean when i get told i have a great laugh, i like that as well, and all the other compliments, but this one wins for me.

Well,I would like to be told that I am fun to be with,or some compliment on my "creative" cooking skills. I would also like to know that I set up a cozy enviorment for the person I am with.

I love it when people compliment me on my eyes! My eyes are naturally a deep pine-green and they are my favorite part of my body, so I appreciate it when someone says they think my eyes are pretty, beautiful, captivating, etc.

not how i look, what i do. i get looks compliments all the time its nicer when people appreciate and notice good things im doing or how im acting and compliment me on that

Um i like when they tell me they like anything. I think it's always nice to hear something you are doing or something about you is right. I especially like hearing they like my eyes, or my hair, or how I act. ( : i love it.
