Being agnostic means they are not sure what they believe. They are split in two. 'Sitting on the fence' if you will.

I'm agnostic. The definition is something that confuses a lot of people.
Here's the nitty-gritty gist of it:
1) An agnostic believes that there may be a possibility of a god, but also believes that there's no hard proof that one actually exists.
2) When all religions are taken into view, we see that there are literally millions of different gods out there. Looking at all the religions out there, believe in anywhere from one (Muslim), three (Christians), to millions (Hindus).
3) Agnostics see very little that makes one religion any more valid than another. A prime example is the old Roman gods. Pretty much no one worships them any more, and the old absolutely required sacrifices to them aren't done any more. We haven't exactly seen Zeus wipe humanity off the map because of that.
4) Because none of the religions really seem to be any more valid than the others, we do not invest time or money into any one religion.
I hope that helps. :)

agnostics neither confirm or deny the existence of a god. In otherwords, they don't know what to believe. But I'm sure their minds will change with proof. That's why most of them end up atheists.

That we do not know whether there is a God or not, refuse to pass judgement untill we do and that for now at least (possibly as we don't know him, and ergo his properties) he is unknowable. To either ourselves or for some agnostics, to everyone.
For my own part this is a viewpoint arrived at through absolute skepticism, an inability to have faith and a desire for proof either empirical or rational/logical.

there in that comfortable stage of belief when they are not sure if G-d exists or not. they can't make up their mind. I use to be like that as well. but it didn't make any sense. Either you believe in something or you don't

They believe in the possibility of the existence of a "god"/or God.
They however are not arrogant enough to insist that one cannot exist.
