What's the best answer to give when someone asks, why do you want to work here.?

Something honest, but shows that you know why this particular employer is special. A particular philosophy of the company is good- a commitment to customer service, for example. Location might be one reason, but not a really compelling one. Or reputation. You can always say because the company has an excellent reputation and you want to be a part of that.- something along those lines.

Don't be overly honest and say it is because of the pay or because you don't have to work hard or something like that.
