I want to get this trinity tattoo on me, where would be best to put it? on the back of my neck? or on my foot? Christians, do you think its ok to get religious tattoos? I want to get all my tattoos about God and Jesus. Is this the right trinity symbol? Or should it have a circle around it?

This is a very interesting question. I personally think that getting a tatoo is generally a bad idea. You are putting a permanent mark in your body. Many people have their girlfriends name put on just to leave them later.

Getting tattos related to God would seem a better idea as God will always be with you.

Most symbols you'll find, except for the cross are invented by people. Have you thought about religious art? like this one

I'll strongly suggest that before you get a tatoo of God on your skin you should get Jesus in your Heart. Thats the part of your body where He wants to be.

When I was a Christian I had plenty of Christian tattoos. I had Jesus, the fish symbol, etc. I have since had them removed.

If I were you I would get the tattoo over my heart, in the center of my chest. The heart is strength and is that not what you wish to display in your tattoo?

As for Christian individuals getting tattoos, there is no expressed law against it. Indeed, scripture says that one should not make marks upon their flesh. However, historically speaking, those marks would have been done in concert with particular ceremonies. Go ahead, get what you want done.

Tattoos are fine. Prohibitions about carving into ones skin found in Leviticus is against ancestor worship.

DO NOT... why would you desecrate your body in that way?... if you are of The True Christian Faith you would not do such a thing.... if you had tattoos before you became of The Faith that is one thing... but to add to the desecration after you come to The Faith is against the Word and Will of God.... IMO any tattoo is disgusting.

Where are you with your mind?
Looking for Christ in God's Holy Law-Book the Bible for Salvation or,
