I love staffing and can pretty much eat it just plain, without the cranberry sauce, but I am wondering if people are creative when it comes to leftovers.

Stuffed mushrooms! Get just plain white mushrooms, take the stalk out, turn it upside-down on a cookie sheet. Spoon the stuffing into the mushrooms. brush melted butter on them. Bake for about 15-10 min. on 365 degrees.
SOO YUMMY.

Usually I attend staffings, wherein there are lots of folks there to talk about an issue that has to get resolved. Haven't seen any knives and forks at these gigs, so I suspect that you are referring to "stuffing". Here are some ideas:
1. Add it to soup as a thickener
2. Add gravey and broth and serve it over mashed potatos
3. Eat it with roasted or baked chicken as part of a casserole (add cream of mushroom soup etc.)
4. Use it to add to ground beef for stuffed bell peppers.
5. It makes a great stuffing for steamed artichokes (each petal gets coated)
6. Add sauteed spinach and stuff it in flank steak. Make a cabernet sauce to pour over.

I don't know any other way to eat stuffing, but it is my favorite food that I like to cook and eat. The rule of thumb is throw away leftovers after three days, unless you freeze it.

Add an egg, make into balls. Egg wash, then breadcrumbs...bake. You can add diced turkey if you want. Serve with cranberry sauce.
