With all this ado over naming this teddy, what would happen if we named ours Jesus. Parents name their children Jesus, and also Mohammed. If we named our pets by these names, what would happen then?

Please feel free to. A lot of people in Latin American countries call theri children Jesus . he advocated love anyway so i am sure he would be honoured that a child would want to call theri teddy after him.

In the muslim countries they would treat, naming your teddy Jesus, as just as big a crime, as he too is one of their great prophets.
In the West anything goes as we are a little more broad minded..!!

i dont think its right to call your toy or pet by the name of a god or religion...as this toy gets thrown away and stepped on and eventually will end in a bin or so...
and maybe some Christan's dont care that much about their religion or Jesus but that doesnt mean all other religions should do the same..
