Absolutely correct.
Most "christians" will say people choose... as if they have any power what so ever... God is the only judge and he sends people to hell.

It's just too bad that the Bible doesn't say anything about hell.
"Hell" is translated by a few Bibles from the Hebrew word She'ol and the Greek word Hades. These words simply refer to the grave.
"Man also has to lie down and does not get up.
Until heaven is no more they will not wake up,
Nor will they be aroused from their sleep.
O that in She′ol you would conceal me,
That you would keep me secret until your anger turns back,
That you would set a time limit for me and remember me!" -Job 14:12, 13
"For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all...there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She′ol, the place to which you are going." -Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10
The Bible is clear on the fact that the wages that sin pays is death alone. After a person has died, God no longer punishes them for their sins. (Romans 6:7, 23) From dust they were made and to dust they return. (Genesis 3:19) For the wicked, their death is one of everlasting destruction. (2 Thessalonians 1:9)
The Bible shows that God consistently displays the qualities of mercy, undeserved kindness (grace), slowness to anger, love, and kindness. (Psalm 86:15; 1 John 4:8) Which of those qualities describe hell?
If a person thinks that God tortures people in anguish for all eternity, or even if he would allow such a thing to happen, that person has not come to know the true God. (Jeremiah 7:31)

I am not quite sure if there is a question here. In any event, yes, God does judge and ultimately determines your final destiny. However, many would argue that it is the sinful people that send themselves to Hell. Kind of like the owner of a cliff saying "if you drive that way you will go over the edge." If they ignore Him, they drive themselves over the cliff. God doesn't grade on a curve, he saves by virtue of Jesus Christ. Are we Christians, or pagans? If we refuse our savior, then again, we choose hell. God made hell, God determines that demons and sinners will go there. He also determined that believers will never go there. So don't we have a hand in our own condemnation if we reject the Judge who can keep us from it?

God does have control....but You make the decision.
Jesus came into the world not to save the world but to save the lost...just as it was in the days when Jesus was here on earth people are not listening and they even saw the miracles that He performed.
It is not His will that any should be lost but all come to repentance so they can be in heaven where the Father and the Son are.
He doesn't force Himself on anyone...it is a personal decision that will last an eternity.
Yes in the last day He will judge the good and evil...once sealed ...it will be permanent!
Read your Holy Bible.......it is your source to an everlasting life with Christ.
God bless and please re-read His word.

The other day I tried to use that excuse when this cop stopped me for speeding on the wrong side of a one-way street. I said to the cop, "I am not my own Judge. I don't judge myself, God does... God judges me and God sends me to where I go.. if he has no control over where I go than why does he judge me... HE decides where I go.. not me." The cop gave me a breathalyzer test and a road sobriety test and determined that I hadn't been drinking but he gave me a ticket anyway. Whazzzzz up wit dat?

People condemn themselves. Who you gonna blame when you go into the liquor store pull a gun, rob the place, and shoot the owner dead. No one but yourself. Sure the judge is gonna slam the bars on ya. Not his fault. You pulled the trigger. Same with sinning against God and not accepting salvation.

Of course God doesn't send people to Hell. God is in a poker Game with Satan "Texas Holdem" They play for souls. God puts up some good bluffs to save everyone but sometimes Satan lucks out. Sorry is you lose on this one.

Actually, you are wrong about that.
You choose where you go. You know the choices, choose God or do not choose God.
Take some responsibility for your actions. You sound like so many of those people on those TV talk shows who blame everyone else for the miserable life they are leading as crack addicts and so on. Stop doing what is bad and start doing what is good or else take responsibility that you will justly receive the consequences of your actions.

God has given all men and women the needed measure of faith in order to seek Him and His will. He has also given to all men and women the free will to choose to act on that faith or to turn away in rebellion against Him. The consequence of that choice is the standard by which He judges each individual. Only those who do not seek Him and His will are those who "go to hell". God desires that all men and women be saved. They are the ones making the choice because He has given to us that privilege.
Hope that helps.

That is like saying that a teacher fails a student even though the student chose to not do the work. If you do not want to be in God's presence then he will not force you to be. But, don't complain about the company you find yourself in.

Obviously this depends on your religion - for atheists its extremely easy to argue "he doesn't exist" being the most simple response.
And that isn't quite true - "God" does in the end decide where you go - but depending on the life you lead will effect where you ultimately end up. if you lead a good life and follow your "God's" teachings then you are more likely to go to "Heaven" than someone who leads a life of crime. Obviously i don't personally know how "God" decides. But you would assume from religious teaching that your life reflects where you go in the afterlife.
