You Say You Are A Vegan? Sometimes This Means You Are Missing Some Amino Acids (Sulfur Aminos) And Some Essential Fatty Acids As Well As Some Vitamins Which Provide Essential Strength And Flexibility. You May Need More Than Just Vitamins. Consult Some Health Food Stores Or A Nutritionist For Advice. In The Meantime, Try These: L'OREAL® The HAIR FIXER Or INERAL® MATRIX® Cera-Repair™ Treatments (A Box Of 5 Tubes) These Will Strengthen the Hair And Stop Splits. After A Full Series Of Treatments A Good Trim Should Banish Those Split-Ends Permanently. As For Shampoo, Try PANTENE® Breakage Defense
Good-Luck!

The best thing to do is have the ends trimmed off about every six weeks. Always use hair conditioner and if you have time leave it on for at least five minutes . Also comb your hair carefully when it is wet so that you do not pull it and break the ends, I like V05 hair shampoo and conditioner .Hope that helps by the way go easy on the hair straighteners lol xxx

Firstly you cannot 'cure' or 'repair' split ends - the only way to get rid of them is to get your hair cut.
When you shampoo, I'm assuming you use conditioner too? Try and pick a moisturising condioner and also use a deep conditioning mask on you hair once a week.
If you can, try and leave your hair to dry naturally whenever possible - maybe wash your hair of an evening when you are staying in.
You could also increase your intake of Vitamin A, which is essential for healthy hair - it is found in these foods:-
Whole milk & butter, Liver, Oily fish & Eggs

well diet wise, eating alot of foods rich in protein will help your hair repair itself a bit, but also i've heard fruit like bananas are good for the hair.
try using your normal shampoo and an intensive hair conditioner that you can leave in, or a hair mask, also going to the hair dressers for a trim might be a good idea (:
if you have temperature on your straighteners just turn them down a bit, i know what you mean about split ends..i straighten my hairs loads and it ends up horrible after a while :(

I heard if you wash your hair in mayo it helps your hair never tried this mind you... I do know if you use the same shampoo all the time you get build up and your hair isn't as healthy as it could be. You should change your shampoo for a clarifying one to get all the residue off of it. Good Luck!

HIYA, I WORK IN THE RAINBOWROOM INTERNATIONAL AND WE USE TREATMENTS WHICH STRENGTHEN YOUR HAIR AND GET IT IN A BETTER CONDITION. I DONT KNOW IF OTHER SALONS DO IT. BUT IF YOUR NOT WANTING TO COME IN AND GET IT DONE, THERE ARE SEVERAL ONES TO BUY. ITS JUST BASICALLY USED LIKE A CONDITIONER AND KEPT ON FOR ROUGHLY TEN MINUTES. WHEN I DONE ONE ON MY HAIR I WAS AMAZED BECAUSE IT FELT AS THO I HAD JUST GOT MY HAIR CUT! USING PRODUCTS FOR DRYIN AN STRAIGHTENING CAN ALSO BE VERY HELPFUL FOR HEALTHIER HAIR. USEING PROFESSIONAL SHAMPOO N CONDITIONER WILL REALLY HELP ASWELL. I KNOW THE COST ALL ADDS UP, BUT ITS WORTH IT. HOPE THIS HELPS.

You need to get your hair trimmed every 6 weeks to keep away split hairs. Also deep condition it, every week, try Aussie Hair treatment.
Try changing your shampoo every 6months, your hair gets used to 1 type. I'm using Tresemme at the moment, v good.

Good shampoo, good conditioner (every wash) hot oil treatments once a week and stop using heat on it in any form. Easy!
