Not enough information to answer this question. Are you on anticoagulation? Why would you worry about getting a blood clot if you are having a tooth pulled? Tooth pulled .... will bleed ... but if hypercoagulable disorder ... will bleed less. Will not get DVT or PE from tooth extraction.

HELLO,

MOST PEOPLE WHO HAVE A CLOTTING DISORDER CANT PROPERLY CLOT AFTER A TOOTH EXTRACTION.
THIS MEDICAL HISTORY MUST BE ADDRESSED BY YOUR DENTIST WHEN THE EXTRACTION IS DONE AS CERTAIN IMPORTANT POST-SURGICAL CARE IS NEEDED. THE LIKELIHOOD OF A DRY SOCKET IS INCREASED.
