First of all, Satanism isn't screaming, "666! The devil ruelz! Yeah!!" It's saying, quite calmly: "Lucifer is a fallen angel working at the gates of Hell. We hope he may regain entry to Heaven after he has repaid his sins." So why is this so bad? BTW, Evolution = <3
Now, Christianity.
If you disrespect your elders, you go to Hell. If you steal, covet, commit adultery, etc... you go to HELL. You must pray. You must live sin-free. You must redeem yourself of your sins. Also, there is no such thing as Evolution, Science, or Magic. EVERYTHING is religion. God makes the sun shine! Because, of course, if the sun is science, I have to admit that evolution and science are REAL.
I'm sorry, Christianity / whatever that is just seems like a Brainwashing more than a Personal choice. I call Christianity "being Informationally Ignorant".
Your opinions? (No -flaming-!!)

Okay you "Satanists" don't seem to make sense to me down there. I guess it depends, like there are different sects of Catholocism. I'm speaking of the Luciferian type of Satanism.

You guys are confusing me. I've never heard of that type of Satanism, except by being declared as WRONG. Isn't there a single Luciferian here who can prove i'm not insane???

Those sins that you talk about that send us to hell - that is why Jesus came and went to the Cross to take away those sins.
Jesus took all of those sins and your sins on Himself so you could have eternal life in heaven. Before Jesus came and went to the Cross of Calvary we were all dead in our sins. Adam and Eve sinned against God in the Garden of Eden and brought death into the world and lost eternal life. And we lost eternal life at that time also, but Jesus came so that we could have eternal life and all He asks is that we believe Him.
Believe His Word the Holy Bible. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."
Many reject Christianity for what they believe to be intellectual reasons. "I just cannot believe in such a simplistic religion," they say. "I have to have something which satisfies my mind." Or perhaps they have a problem with the evolution vs. creation controversy, or the idea of heaven and hell. In their own minds they feel they have an intellectual problem with the gospel. However, Jesus assures us that the truth is far simpler. In one of the most profound declarations of the Bible, Jesus gives us the real reason why people refuse to believe in Him: "And this is the condemnation, that light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. For everyone that does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light lest his deeds should be exposed. (John 3:19,20)
The critics of the Bible have always lost their arguments against the Bible. The Holy Bible (KJV) is the Word of the Living God. God's Word does not bow to evolution, science or man. All prophecy has come true or is coming true and will shortly be fulfilled.
The Jews are great reason for believing the Holy Bible. God said He'd bring them back and He did. God said He'd make them a nation in one day and He did. God said He'd bring them back on wings of eagles and He did. Sounds like an airplane to me. God said they'd speak their original language and they speak Hebrew and it is their original and national language. The ironic part of these prophesies is they were all made thousands of years before 1948 when the nation of Israel was born in one day.

Personally, I think there's wisdom to be found in all kinds of Satanism. I may not agree that Satan is a Fallen Angel or ever was an Angel, but I don't think you're insane. I also don't believe that "Real" Satanism is about regaining your place in Heaven after Satan has repaid his sins. I personally think that the idea of a place where people sit on puffy white clouds and strum harps for eternity while wearing fruity white robes is repulsive, and I'd rather be in Hell, which I believe to be a place where those who have accepted Satan as thier god can go to live a happy afterlife if we've learned what we set out to in a given incarnation. I'm Spiritual Satanist in essence, but I still believe that LaVeyan Satanism, Traditional Satanism, Luciferianism and other Denominations of Satanism have at least some things of wisdom about them. I agree with you about Christianity being brainwash. It was all an attempt to control people through fear of the "Fire and Brimstone" of a version of Hell that probably doesn't even exist, and guilt from committing natural acts, which we have a right to commit without feeling bad about ourselves. I don't agree that any one person can say for sure what Satanism is, as everyone will have at least a somewhat different definition of Satan and Satanism. However, even if my idea of Satan and Satanism doesn't agree with yours, I still don't claim you're "Wrong", as we all follow the path that makes sense to us until death. I think that after death, we all learn the truth, whatever that truth may be. So I worry myself not with the beliefs of other people in this world, but with what I can do to change said world for the better. That's my Satanic Two-Cents, do with it what you will.

You have the whole wrong idea of satanism - Most satanists don't actually believe in an actually devil.
The only reason people have bad opinions of Satanists is because they are scarred of change and of things they don't understand - if they bothered to research into it a bit then they would realize that satanism is one of the worlds more realistic religions. It's different its working for you. Not some "God".
I do however believe entirely in your description of Christianity; Its entirely build up on the aspect of fear. If their wasn't the fear of hell people wouldn't go to church or be Christians as there would be no reason to actually become one.
They base their whole religion in a way that survives of another. That therefore means that satanism is the better.

It just doesn't seem that you are representing Satanism or Christianity well.
You told us what Satanism isn't, but didn't tell us what it is. I could tell you what Leveyan Satanism is. But you didn't define Satanism. There are several forms of Satanism.
And what you said about Christianity isn't true. You are talking about Archaic Judaism. I say archaic because even most Jews do not believe what the Bible says there, while the Christians are under a blatantly stated "New Covenant", which has little to do with the references you made of the Old Testament.
So you need to study more and bring yourself under discipline so that you can talk about these things with a little more background. Otherwise people are just going to answer with whatever they perceive you are saying, without focus.

Hopefully you are getting a lot of good info on what satanism is about. Not sure what the point of your post is, but I tend to find these interesting because my soul mate and ex/current boyfriend of several years is a La Vey satanist leader, and our differences in life philosophy have indeed been a challenge.
Needless to say we are either fighting non stop (and that includes the use of magick--him trying to control me because he can do it no other way and me fighting back) Or totally passionately in love when I surrender.
I'm not actually a "Christian" but obviously on the side of God--which he is totally allergic to. The irony is this came about due to my dealings with him. I guess this dude and I are meant to be polar opposites. I think God put us together so I could balance out his evil streak.
He calls my spiritual activities "child's play" and "sandbox magick." I want to merge with God completely someday and he finally admitted he believes in an "unreachable Higher Being." (Though he has been known to lie.)
So if that gives you a comparison/contrast I am happy. The universe indeed has a sense of humor when it comes to the godly and the wannabe gods.

Your description of Satanism is wrong. It doesn't fit any kind of Satanism ... except maybe the joke that is "Reverse Christianity".
Oh, by the way, Luciferianism *isn't* Satanism. And what you're describing isn't *really* Luciferianism. Two distinct religions. And Satanism breaks down into several groups as well ... the one that apparently doesn't make sense to you is LaVeyan.
Luciferians don't believe that Lucifer sinned, therefore they don't believe that he needs to pay for his sins. Modern Luciferianism deals more with the concept of deification of the magician and other Kabbalistic like principles. The Church of Lucifer regards Yahweh as "the biggest sinner" and therefore would *never*, *never*, *never* expect Lucifer (who to them exists in a deistic, energy sort of form) to pay for sins against Yahweh. To Luciferians, Lucifer is enlightenment ... not a lower being banished by the Christian God.

No one is expected to live sin-free.
Many branches of Christianity, and Christians themselves, believe and respect the sciences.
With all due respect, you seem like the ignorant person in this argument. You're going to need to do more research about Christianity before you try to argue against it.
What is the benefit to supporting Satan's re-entry into Heaven? As there is just as much evidence to his existence as there is to God, it's just as illogical to believe in this idea that he should be re-entered into heaven. Christians are crazy, but a Satanist is rational for rallying for the root of all evil to reenter God's magical kingdom? WTF?

I fail to see how Satanism lives without Christianity.
According to your logic, Satan fell from Heaven. Therefore, God exists, heaven exists and there are standards to getting into heaven.
Second, you are completely wrong about Christianity.
To Christianity, we are not required to live sin free. All men fall short and we don't have to be blameless to go to heaven. We just have to be repentant and believe Christ died for us. We don't go to hell because we do bad things.
Romans 3:23 "For all have fallen short of the glory of God."
Romans 6:23 "And the wages of sin is death."
If we believe, we are saved. Voila. Simple as that.

oddly enough you have discredited your own theory. If you believe that Lucifer is a fallen angel trying to get back into the heaven, then you are giving credence to Christianity. He disobeyed and was cast out. That is a Christian tenet. If you then go on to claim that Christianity is informationally ignorant, then your theory about satan is based on that ignorance.
How's that for an opinion!!!
