If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7fi
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

make it with raw liver instead of blood pudding. isn't blood pudding cooked already? better to use raw blood and beef liver is almost nothing but blood. I know cuz i ground some up for my kitties and it was a gorey blood bath. but they loved it. you will probably have to make your own recipe. don't add salt, cuz i think blood is pretty salty. or if you add something salty, make it an acid like lemon juice or vinegar. i dunno why, just sounds good. hmmm, but cats are made to eat raw things and we humans not so much. maybe klingons can eat raw meat? hmmm

I would not advise using real blood in wine making as this may impair the taste. It may be high in iron, but blood from other animals/humans is not always good for you to ingest.

i doubt there is one. It was just a reference in a tv show, not a real dish. Kinda like Rokane Blood Pie (sp?). Its just made up.
