What if you just don't like sex at all? Or is that just too crazy?

Homosexuality is a sin just like drinking and driving and you can't be a leader if you are in that lifestyle. You will not be a good leader anywhere in that lifestyle. The Holy Bible is very clear, cities were destroyed because of that lifestyle which is concrete proof that it is a choice just like the drinking and driving is a choice, if a person wants to stop they can go see the local pastor and get help and stop just like anyother addition. There comes a time in our lives when we have to make a stand and choose to do right.

You CAN'T be homosexual and be a Boy Scout or a Scout leader, that much has been made absolutely clear in recent years.

I think the Boy Scout rule is that Scouts and troop leaders must be "morally straight", but I don't think that means you MUST be an actively practicing heterosexual, either. I imagine that asexual celibacy would be just fine and dandy with the BSA's "powers that be".

No where does the application ask about sexuality- although there is at least some form of background check or references needed process that MIGHT raise a red flag.

I have always believed that you should just plain not be able to tell the sexual orientation of a Scout leader- no matter what it is. Quite honestly, I don't particularly even want a heterosexual leader kissing his/her spouse in front of the kids.

That's just not right. The natural order is to have crazy urges and just live in denial that they exist. =0)
