Well...
I have this skirt that's black.
It doesn't even start to cover my thighs, it goes from my waist and down a few inches, it's from a ladybug halloween costume, but it's EXTREMELY short.
I also have a black tank that is baby-doll cut and TIGHT.
I'd probably wear black, strappy heels and fingerless fishnet gloves...
