I mean, I look EXACTLY like the picture on my avatar, at least on Friday nights down in the village.

Mine bears an uncanny resemblance. It's downright eerie.

No, because if we relied on the YA avatar pictures as a accurate depiction of our looks we would all have to look like creepily- perfect animated people! I think that it should usually bare the slightest of resemblance to you... but who am I to tell people what to do? It should effectively represent you it does not necessarily have to be realistic. It can be a cartoon or a symbol even, not everyone has a face as their picture. Just have fun with it and make it not offensive.

I think if you use an avatar face like many do on here then it should, but if you use a picture like you and I do, then it's up to the person. Obviously I don't look like my avatar, but it is representative of me and what I hold dear. I for one assume that someone looks like their avatar face, and assume that if they use a picture that they don't look like their avatar - unless it is a pic of a person via a web cam or like in Pangel's case where she went from a face avatar to a picture and the two are very similar.

Not a rule, but I think people to try to be accurate when going through all those friggin choices with the avatars.

Mine does not resemble me much because I don't always go around balancing my two kids in the air like my pic shows.

Are you kidding me with that bs question? You're on level 5 and NOW you want to know if it's a rule that you have to resemble the picture on the avatar? Yeah, it's a rule now.

Absolutely. Although I do have to admit, I recently upgraded the old-style Tommy-gun to an AK-47. Other than that, I look exactly like my avatar.

Which village?

To gorgeoustxtemptress: this may be the first time I've disagreed with your answer ... you are much more gorgeous than any avatar.

It's not a rule, but mine's pretty close. Good for you on Friday nights :)

I don't think it's a rule. I mean, I'm a little more pale than my picture and my hair is red now, I'm just too lazy to change it now.
