Or would it be a sin to sleep with either?

P.S. I am not an atheist I am Christian, so this is not a baited question.

nobody seems to want to touch your question, which i believe to be a good one. i have asked something similar before.
people don't seem to realize that genital anomalies of all types, are more common than they would like to think.

it is because of this, that i am convinced that "attraction" is not a choice. people are born with every combination, both sets of genitalia, ambiguous genitalia, and the "wrong" genitalia in contrast to what their brain tells them is "attractive".

Even in hermaphroditism, there is a dominant sex trait. Some are female, some are male. There was a program on discovery about this a few years back, and some do elect to remain with both sets of genitals, but most have themselves surgically set to their dominant genitalia.

Most religions believe sex outside of marriage is a sin, so if that's the case, then to answer your question, yes, that would be considered sinful if the hermaphrodite was having sexual relations outside of being married.

Catholics believe it is a sin for anyone to have sex outside of marriage.

A better question might be can a hermaphrodite marry?

Yes, if he or she has the ability to have heterosexual sexual relations.

One barrier to a true Christian marriage is the ability to have heterosexual sexual relations.

For example, the Catholic Church believes that prior AND permanent impotence is a barrier to a true Christian marriage.

Doubtful or temporary impotence, difficulties in conceiving, and even sterility are not barriers to a true Christian marriage.

In other words, the Church believes that sex is an integral and holy part of marriage but God may or may not choose to give children to the couple.
