I have been searching for a few hours, and I can't seem to find a property tax rate listing for California. I have found it for a few other states, but no California. Anyone know the rate for Oakhurst/Ahwahnee?

I looked up Ahwahnee and found that it's in Madera county; so I Googled Madera county property tax rate and found that it's 1.058% of the property's assessed value. See the link below.

property tax is a percentage of the value of your home, so u should look for the tax bracket for your county or it come in your yearly statement or ask someone that has a home what is the % usually is very small, ex. a 210,000.00 home your tax would be around 1,500.00 to 2,0000.00 a year but that again depends on where u r. take care

look up the county website -- should be findable there.

warning -- in CA, many properties also have either special assessment district taxes and/or home owners association fees -- both of these are mandatory.
