since many christians will admit that things "adapt" instead of evolve, maybe you should ask if things have adapted so much that they are completely different from what they started out to be

Everything evolves, continuously. Germs evolve to become resistant to drugs, people evolve to become larger, taller, stronger. Live is constantly evolving around us. Plants evolve when they cross-pollinate to create a different variety.
Steven Hawking says that the laws of science would appear to have originally been decreed by God, but it also appears that he has since left the universe to evolve according to them and does not now intervene in it. He would certainly as an omnipotent being have the power, but we do not understand why he would choose to do so, for who has the power to understand the mind of God? The fact is, that evolution is, always was, and always will be, in biological as well as intellectual and scientific matters. After all, the word evolution, means change, and there is ever change.

The simplest definition of evolution is change over time. So, yes, everything evolves. Species, individuals in a lifetime, cultures, planets, so on and so forth. It's the closest thing to an absolute truth that we humans have figured out.

Ok here is your proof of evolution.
Bacteria and viruses are adapting and overcoming our constant assault upon them by becoming resistant to the drugs we use. The gradual development of something into a more complex or better form is the definition of evolution

To answer your question, Yes.
The theory of evolution in its most simplistic form is viable, I will give you that, but, Lets take X+Y = ? for example:
X being the theory of evolution; Y is the associated theories that have been "added" to the theory to bolster its authority.
The problem lies in the fact that there are so many "Y" (variables) that need to be plugged into the original theory that we are in fact incapable of doing so. In fact we most likely are unaware of the existence of many of the variables that are required in order to make sense of what we "know".
In short the theory has become a mass of unintelligible drivel.

Well God create things to evolve, haven't we evolve from babies to grown ups?, haven't the seed evolve into a tree?, he wouldn't do all the work for us, but a bit of evolution doesn't mean he doesn't exist.

All biological organisms evolve. Not all changes are good. In fact most are either pointless or harmful and usually are not passed along to another generation.

I think we finally evolve into smarter people. God is all about renewal and he proved this when he sent his son into this world so that we could live forever. thank you and God Bless you.
