Why do illegal Mexican and their legal sponsors think the American taxpayer owes them ?

Illegals do come here to work for low wages but they are hurting the American labor market and putting many of us out of work. True bigh business and the rich elite here are much to blame and many of us middleclass in hiring them to cut our grass and clean our homes. the price for this cheap labor will come back to haunt your children and grandchildren. I am sick of paying for the birth of their children, school taxes, property taxes to fund these illegals. Time to send them packing

You answered your own question. As long as big business and small benefit from the cheap labor (including holding down wages), nothing will be done.

You must be doing pretty good if you can hire them to clean and do yard work.

As far as education is concerned, the joke is on the illegals. They could get a better education if they stayed in their home country. A least they could learn a trade or how to do something useful.

Truth is, the illegals dont want anything they dont work for. The majority of hispanics on welfare are american born citizens...there are hardly any immigrants on welfare. And, almost all of the people on welfare are poor whites...you need to stop watching tv and learn the facts. And the while the people may not want us here, the government sure does because WE save the country money...not you. I bet you didnt know that almost all immigrants (not just hispanic, but people from other countries too) PAY TAXES to a country they are not even citizens of....messed up, huh? And ok..we will go back to mexico..its not too far. But you dont belong here either, gringo, so pack up and cross the N. Atlantic back to europe or wherever the hell you came from.

Quit deflecting the issue people. Illegal Immigrants take jobs that poor Americans need. Some of these jobs were, and still are, the primary source of income for many young Americans. I can point to the farming industry for one. Where I live high schoolers, college students, and even people needing a second income worked farm jobs. The Mexicans moved in about 8 years ago, and guess what, the Anglos (BS any since most Americans are descended from Germans) are slowly being chased away since the Mexicans work for less money, and will even take up 2 or more shifts, so that in the end many of the money driven farmers are taking exploiting immigrants at the expense of people already here.

1. Anyone at all who has been to the Southwest knows the border between Mexico and the United States is so forbidding that people just did not live there unless they were in the very high areas where it rains. So they lived on mountain tops.. really.

2. Mexicans don't know how very serious 108 degrees are on the desert all along the border, is. It is a killer in fact.

3. Mexican believe the mexican people use to come up here all the time. They did not and in fact, usually didn't leave their OWN mountain tops in northern Mexico. Very, very few people use to live along the border... in about 1882 the came up with pumps that could pump massive amounts of water out of the Central Valley in California, and those pumps were used to pump water up for communities along the Mexican Border on the American side about ten years later. And they were very expensive!

4. The illegal aliens are not hitting us with these questions at all. They are people who want the illegal aliens to remain. Most of the illegal aliens are not.. on-line, do not speak English, and seldom have plans to remain ... uncaught.

5. Mexico told us they would spend a lot of money on lobby groups, and they have. In addition, there are political organizations galor that are trying to make the illegal aliens, amnestied and naturalized. One of the very greatest weapon they have is to call us racists and bigots. They never discuss the huge cost... they just call names.

I think you are mad at the wrong people, it is the illegal employers that gave these nice people the motivation to come here by hiring them, we need to give the tax bill to the corporations and jail the Americans that are hiring them. Fear works good on Americans and I think that if employers fear jail we will see some progress.

My opinion,is because our leaders of government allow them to...Along with other nationalities,they feel American people has wronged them and we must pay for it,and their past history/such..I for one,do not believe that,,We American folk,do everything we can just to survive in USA,and do it fairly,others think they deserve it,,well,so do we,,but that's likely not to happen..sad, but true..
