Half and Half is a dairy product made of cream and cow's milk. It's used in recipes as a flavor enhancer. A lot of people put it in their coffee. It can be found in the dairy section with milk, butter milk, egg nog and such.

Half and half is half whole milk and half light cream. Its richer than whole milk but not as fatty as cream. Its great in recipes and a wonderful addition to coffee or hot tea! You can find it in the dairy aisle of your grocer. They also make a non-fat half and half these days, wherein they add a filler and take out the butterfat. Its ok, but I like the real stuff!

you take a cup and cut it in half, then half the half.....I think it is just trying to trick you, you should put half of a half of a half which in english means 1/8 cup or 0.125 cups if you're into decimals. So take the ingredient just above and put an additional 1/8 cup of it in, then you will have half of half n halved. I'm glad I could help, good luck with the recipe...she's a lucky lady (or guy)!

Stop giving me thumbs down!!!! Why is everyone trying to trick this poor person into thinking its something else. I am the only one right in here!!!!

p.s. give me "best answer" for being the only honest person on Yahoo Answers.
