I have heard that if I have the right dietary suppliments, a fruit and vegitable diet can help me lose weight. I hope to lose fat and tone muscle. I'm not overweight or anything, I just need to lose weight fast. I would run, but I have athsma. I walk when I can and do sit ups/ crunches.

Yeah, I never thought about the protien thing. I already eat a lot of chicken, but I don't like many meats (especially red meats) unless it's junk food like a corn dog or something. I have been drinking a lot of water and staying away from too many sweets, except a soda once a week for caffine, or when my sugar drops and I'm too busy or can't get a decent meal. (No, I'm not diabetic, everyone needs some sugar intake). I try to walk a lot and I play tennis (just playing around) with my friend when we can find the time. I'm just starting out with the excersising more, so I get tired out and It's hard to find energy. I know too much caffine is bad, so I will try to have a ballanced diet...but what do I do about the meat thing?
