If I have limited time in each of these museums, which paintings or sculptures should I see? I know each of these has a couple famous ones, I just don't remember what they are.

Thanks!

MoMA has lots of Van Gogh, Picasso, and Monets. The Met has renaissance art, egyptian art, and sculptures. Each seaon there is always new exhibitions at the Guggenheim as well as MoMA and the Met. Some years there are Henri Rousseau exhibits at MoMA, some years Man Ray. It changes. As far as permanent paintings Picasso's Dame de L'Avignon among other celebrate works.

wow. This is really just impossible to answer. They all have amazing collections.

Something to keep in mind, though. MoMA alone will cost you $20. $12 if you are a full-time student with current ID. Guggenheim will cost you another $18 ($15 for full time student with ID). So there's 38 bucks. The Met is voluntary - you can get in for a nickle, which is a shame since it's probably got the best collection out of the three, definetly the most comprehensive.

If you're going to lay out that kind of cash, don't you want to take the time to see the collection?
