You have to convert the mobile file types to mpg or wmv by using any converting softwares(total video converter is the best and free ware) .

The problem could be that the video file type on your phone isn't compatible with Windows Movie Maker.

If they're not the correct file type you can try downloading some sort of converter to convert them into a compatible type.

If they are the right file type, make sure you are saving them in the correct place. Just because they are videos, doesn't mean they will automaticly save into "My Videos". Save them somewhere memorable like "My Videos". Click Import Video, then find the files.

The videos are probably not in the right format, making them impossible for WMM to read. In order to change the format, you need to download a program such as VirtualDub. This will change the file from whatever it is to a .avi, which WMM can read.

To change the file, just drag the movie into VirtualDub. Then, Go to file, and click "save as .avi". Then just name the file, let it save, and voila, you have a WMM compatible movie.
