Yes he was seen by many people after the Resurrection, for many days until he returned to his Father. And, as you will see by many of the answers on R.& S. there are very many people who read, and study the Scriptures.

Well yes I read it. Every single one of the gospels has a different story about that. There are differences on some big details that you would think would be the same given that this was the most important part.
Heck...everyone had a real problem telling it was him. Kinda makes you wonder if it wasn't the stunt double.

Yes, three days after he was crucified he returned to life and stayed forty days on the earth. Over 500 people saw him. After the forty days he ascended into heaven.

Yes he showed himself to his apostles when he was resurrected it is in John 20:26, but a littel before He showed Himself to Mary Magdalene
