Paul Mckenna knows nothing about human biology or anatomy, his job is to sell his crappy books and self improvement gimmicks.

if you want to be technical humans are designed to graze. which basically means to eat small amounts of this and that every once and a while over the course of the day. think about how animals forage in the wild. they walk/run from feeding ground to feeding ground eating the various foods that are found in the areas that they live and travel in.

if you are not hungry 3-4 hours after consuming your last meal your metabolism is slow and most likely you are not getting suffcient exercise.

it's important to eat small meals throughout the day to keep your energy up. They say to eat a good hardy breakfast. A granola bar for lunch is okay. Yogurt is nice too. A good dinner with vegetables and meat is good too, but never eat before 7:00pm if you are on a diet. Especially, before bedtime. Yes, you can lose weight while you sleep.

no, you shouldn't wait until you are hungry to eat. if you were to do that then you would overeat. if you are really trying to loose weigh; eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday. the trick is to try not to eat between meals, and make sure that your last meal is taken many hours before you go to bed so that you will have time to burn it off instead of letting it turn to fat while you are asleep. along with this, do lots of cardiovascular activities such as walking and things of that nature. i've been told that doing the Electric Slide can help out alot with this because when you engage in this activity you are using almost every part of your body.

As you may purely weight carry another day, why not do your cardio in between weight lifting days. no might desire to attend until eventually you get some fat off 1st. that is going to take awhile to lose sixty six kilos (in a healthful way) so get all started (slowly) and choose for it. sturdy success!

I eat when I'm hungry and I'm pretty thin, but I also exercise.

The though behind eating more often is that your metabolism increases, but I haven't noticed that...
