not a lot, especially with "semi healthy" eating. if you're serious about losing weight, you need to eat healthy, not "semi" healthy(not rabbit food, just balanced).

bike riding 2 miles is a very short period of time, i can do 6 on the recumbent with a book and not break a sweat. if you don't want to go to the gym, ride your bike more,(if you can ride your bike there, why drive? save gas, money, and burn calories and ride at a higher gear if you can), and add more things you can do at home.

-lunges
-hand weights
-resistance bands
-jumping jacks
-lift your arms up, and tilt your torso to one side, straighten up, and do the other. that'll work your "love handles."
-the classic women's aerobics leg exercise: lay on your side and lift your higher leg up and down, back and forth, and in circles. wrap that leg over your lower, and do little lifts with your lower legs. switch sides. you'll work your quads, outer thighs, and inner thighs, even if you feel really silly doing it. i'm a girl and i do.
-get a video or a game, like Yourself! Fitness for PS2.

The pushups and situps are fine, but the bikeriding isn't enough exercise, especially only 2 miles. Try jogging on a treadmill or elliptical... they burn more calories.

With healthy eating, you can expect to see about 2 lbs a week loss, but don't freak out if you don't lose anything the first couple of weeks. You're just building muscle.

Not a lot. How much do you weigh? And how much weight are you trying to lose? You need to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. So step up the cardiovascular exercise! Instead of riding 2 miles (which only takes about 10 minutes) gradually work your way up to 8-10 miles. It is great that you are working out though! You are off to a good start. Just read nutrition lables and realize what you are putting into your body. Good Luck!

Good start, except maybe too many reps and all for the upper body. Add 100 full squats and you will be doing complete body workout.

I'M NOT SURE HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOUR GOING TO LOOSE, BUT GAIN MUSCLE YOU WON'T FOR SURE. IF YOUR DOING SIT UPS AND PUSH UPS EVERY DAY, YOUR OVER WORKING THE MUSCLES, THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED REALLY HARD, ONLY ONCE A WEEK. YOUR MUSCLES GROW WHEN YOUR RESTING, NOT AT THE GYM WHEN YOUR WORKING OUT. ANOTHER QUESTION, HOW ABOUT YOUR OTHER MUSCLES, BACK, SHOULDERS, BICEPS, ETC,
