Seriously, no. You need to damage the muscles (by exerting it through lifting SOMETHING) to build more muscles. That's it.

Hi

There are numerous ways to build your chest muscles without weight training or push.

You could try swimming, martial arts, climbing, kayaking amomgst many other sports.

If sport isn't what you are after then you can try thera band training which uses elasticated bands to provide the resistance. Once you have this a whole host of exercises can be performed to build your pectoral muscles.

sure, in fairyland. when you get a magic wand to increase chest muscles and upper body strength, you lend it to me, kthxbye.

if you want to change your body, it's going to be hard. buckle down and do some push ups and chest presses. there's no easy way out of building muscle, but the results will be worth it.

You could do isometric contractions (The Charles Atlas method), but the most effective way is with weights and pushups.
