If the guy were me, then yeah. But some people are more touchy feely just for fun with tickling. I don't really tickle women unless I am interested in them and I think they MAY be interested in me--unlesss they literally ask me to like a couple women have.

Most likely, he is interested in you. It is also possible that he just loves the sweet sound of a girl's laughter.

I used to do it to my wife when we first started dating....And we have been happily married for six and a half years. I would say it sent her the message loud and clear.
