so how do you go about doing this? is it possible to tip off the cops and tell them the address where you think underage drinking is occurring? i've heard that you can call the cops on people having a party, and the cops can ask the residents to move their cars if they are lining the street, and then can arresst underage drinkers if they seek alcohol or drunk kids. is this true?

I would telephone the police department directly without going through the emergency system (911) as this is for EMERGENCIES ONLY.
Once you contact the police department, give them the information you are aware of and they will take steps to watch closer to avoid bringing you further into the complaint.
You never have to leave a name when reporting this type activity.

I am not sure why you want to be anonymous. Your statement tells me you have a motive. Is the party affecting your quality of life? You can get in trouble for making false reports. You can call the 911 operators and ask that the responding officer(s) do not use your name during their inquiry or on the police reports. Our Constitution is designed to prevent the unreasonable searches of our homes. The accused can get copies of police reports.. . The arresting officers may need to contact you later. If the party has moved outside, then police can make a reasonable search unless they can hear or observe those things you stated.. If you are a homeowner and live in a neighborhood association, you might use that avenue to contact the police if you know a party is going to occur with minors. Also let local crime watch Captains or citizens on patrols patrollers to observe and report the party. Do you know for sure there are minors?

call the police non emergency line ... an underage party and parking is not life threatening so don't use 911 !!!! most depts will ask if you want to remain anonymous or leave your name - your choice. most underage drinkers will be given citations not arrested.

Yes, If you dial 911, you will need to give pertinent information, and will be asked for your name and return phone number. I would suggest either calling the non-emergency phone number for police or stop a patrol officer on the street or in a mall parking lot to report your concern.

Pretty sad that you are that ball less to not being willing to stand up for something you disagree with.. If you are right who cares who knows.. Sounds like you just have a vandetta to gain.. If they are breaking the law and you disagree so much, call the cops and who cares who knows..

Call in and tell them there is a party going on at *address* and you want to make a noise complaint - make sure they understand you and then hangup. They don't ask for your information or require it to dispatch and officer

why,cause you were not invited?all you have do do is call they dont tell the accused who did it.if that was the case they there would be alot more people getting arrested for assault.have you own party.thats the way to go.
