Something that might be worth your while is going to walmart or one of the big box outdoor retailers here in the next few weeks and see if they clearence out their tripod stands.
Unless you have spare lumber at home, you'll have to buy it. You might find the difference in the price is not worth the hours to build it.

As far as on the ground, I would consider taking a bunch of dead fallen treelimbs up to 10-12" in diameter and stack them like a log cabin wall with a couple shooting holes.
Of course you're still exposed to the elements if that's something you care about.

I actually did some research on this a week ago and most of the homemade blind recipes I saw were very dangerous looking. Some of the best seats are ladders up against trees. Just make sure the part of the ladder you stand on is wide and comfortable. Or just make a ladder that goes up to some big branches like that of a hemlock tree then sit on the branches (tied off for safety of course).

I do not think you need plans use your imagination and tailor it to fit your needs. If you want to try a website try www.deeranddeerhunting.com it is a very useful site but I am not sure if they have blind plans.

It's probably hard to find something decent on the subject I would recommend finding plans for a small shed so you can see the basic framing methods and just costomizing them to fit your needs.
