It's impossible for me to choose a right answer here. So many great answers. I will have to see the movie, "Love, Actually". I already love White Christmas, the Christmas Story, Miracle on 34th Street, and many others. For songs, I love "What Child is This", "O Holy Night", "Handel's Messiah", and my current favorite, "When A Child is Born" by IL Divo. Thanks to you all.

Christmas movie: JESUS OF NAZERETH. It was made long ago. I know it's not exclusively about Christmas but I love the whole beginning section that deals with the birth of Christ. Olivia Hussey is Mary the mother and it seems so organic and well acted to me.

Christmas song: (just one? that's tough) there are 2. HALLELUJAH CHORUS from Handels' Messiah is the best to sing with a choir and orchastra- I mean there isn't a rush like it..... except for the rush from my 2nd choice--- WHAT CHILD IS THIS. Maybe it sounds corny that I would like it. But it was done for a Christmas praise Chapel at University and the arrangement-- I was so moved I raised my hands in worship for the first time. I will never forget that. That was special to me.

There's alot of great x-mas movies depending on your choice of genre. Jingle all the way is good. Home alone also could be.

Again about christmas songs it will depend on how it means to you whether it's memorable to you or not.

Christmas Story (But the Grinch is also a favorite).
And the Little Drummer Boy. ("I have no gift to bring....that's fit to give a KIng"....that line always gets me.) With "What Child is This" a close second.
